I finally got my set listed the other day but have been so busy trying to catch my breath…you ever heard the expression, "Busy doing Nothing". That’s how i feel, so now i am playing catch and re-organize from all that nothing i did! lol

it’s amazing how one can lose whole days at a time and feel like you have not completed anything! I do not like that AT ALL!

But anyway, here is my set, that I collaborated with Nancy from BLB on for this launch. I feel like i hardly did any work. I mean i sewed it up, true enough, but Nancy did pretty much everything else. And i so appreciate her making it sooooo easy for me to participate. She is truly a lovely person to work with.

And the flip side to this pretty much after this launch i will be groupless! Such a sad day!!

I found out earlier this week the we, OTA will no longer function as a design group. So as i find a bunch of ladies i can jive mesh with, it’s gone. I truly understand the decisions made, just wish they didn’t have to be made! if that makes any sense.

But for the most part, everyone is agreeing to keep in touch with those who want to be in touch, but that can be hard sometimes when your not chatting with those specific ladies, daily. I know for me it can. I am still trying to maintain some level of contact with a few of the ladies from my prior group that disbanded earlier this year and it’s hard because they are not right there. But they were some really nice girls too!

I know there are lots of successful independent designers/sellers out there, but it just makes it that much more fun and exciting when you have a group for support and sharing. And i try not to take it too seriously, but you almost can’t help it, because you really start to KNOW your groupmates, personally. And with sharing photos of their families and such, you literally watch their kids grow up, sometimes right along with your own.

You share real life situations, that if your best girlfriend was telling you at your dinner table you would not betray her trust and tell someone else! So that there is a bond! because what’s said in group, stays in group!!

So i will be sad to part with these ladies, but wish each and every one of you all the best in what ever you do! Personally and Professionally on ebay. Thanks for allowing me to share your space.
